This notification will provide a new deadline by which we will correct the errors you reported or prepare the information in an alternative manner. This new deadline will not exceed two months.<\/p>\n<p>If we are unable to ensure the digital accessibility of the website or content as requested we will offer you access to it through an alternative means.<\/p>\n<p>If you are dissatisfied with the response to your request you have the right to submit a complaint to the Commissioner for Human Rights. The doors are double-leaf with a total width of 186 cm and lead to the lobby. They are not automatically operated but there is staff inside to assist with opening them. You can contact building security by ringing the bell and BRF staff can also assist you if they are at the BRF Information Point.<\/p>\n<p>Immediately after entering the lobby the Financial Ombudsman&#x27;s Office Information Point is located on the left and a few meters further the building security desk is located on the right.<\/p>\n<p>The Financial Ombudsman&#x27;s Office Information Point is accessed via a small ramp.<\/p>\n<p>There is no voice announcement system in the building. The door is single-leaf with a total width of approximately 100 cm, opens with considerable force, opens outwards, is unlocked by an intercom and leads to the lobby. There is an elevator on the ground floor with 90 cm wide doors.<\/p>\n<p>The office of the Financial Ombudsman&#x27;s Field Representative is located on the first floor.<\/p>\n<p>After exiting the elevator a 100 cm wide wooden door opens outward manually with considerable force. This notification will provide a new deadline by which we will correct the errors you reported or prepare the information or solution in an alternative manner. This new deadline will not be longer than 2 months.<\/p>\n<p>If we are unable to ensure architectural or information and communication accessibility we will offer you access in an alternative manner.<\/p>\n<h4>APPEAL<\/h4>\n<p>If BRF, despite submitting an application, does not ensure accessibility you may submit a complaint about the lack of accessibility to the Chairman of the Management Board of PFRON within 30 days of the expiry of the deadline for ensuring accessibility or of receiving a refusal to provide accessibility. After reviewing the complaint the Chairman of the Management Board of PFRON issues a decision that requires accessibility to be provided in a specified manner within a period of no less than 30 days or in particularly complex cases, no less than 60 days, from the date of receipt of the decision or exempts the applicant from the obligation to provide accessibility. The Chairman of the Management Board of PFRON may also terminate the proceedings without issuing a decision and discontinue the entire proceedings if the complaint is deemed groundless.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of the Financial Ombudsman strives to ensure access to the Office&#x27;s buildings, published information, and websites to the fullest extent possible.
