The Office of the Financial Ombudsman (hereinafter: BRF), which supports the Financial Ombudsman in carrying out statutory tasks, strives to ensure — to the fullest extent possible — access to the Office’s premises and to published, transmitted and shared information and websites for all persons. Anyone, without the need to demonstrate a legal or factual interest, has the right to inform BRF about a lack of architectural or information & communication accessibility and to request digital accessibility.

Handling requests and complaints related to accessibility

  • BRF Information Point on the left after entering; security desk on the right; a small ramp leads to the Information Point.
  • No voice announcements, induction loops, Braille or high-contrast signage.
  • Three parking spaces for persons with disabilities nearby (from Nowogrodzka Street).
  • Entry with an assistance/guide dog permitted. No sign language interpreter.
